Francesca has been principal of GSD since 1997. She started dancing at the Guildhall School of Dancing when she was three years old and went on to train professionally at Bush Davies Schools, Romford.
Francesca then proceeded to embark upon her teaching career. She taught at Laura Faulkner School in Romford, London College of Dance and Drama in London and Bedford, and Bush Davies Schools, East Grinstead before returning to Norwich.
She examined ISTD Modern and Tap at grade and vocational level for over 40 years. Francesca teaches a wonderful senior ballet class as well as modern and tap at GSD. She is also a qualified tutor for the ISTD teaching diplomas.
The Guildhall School of Dancing Norwich is now run by two generations of the Waite family, with Abigail and Daniel also teaching.
