Perhaps you missed out as a child on participating in ballet classes and fancy having a go or maybe you have done some ballet before and know how wonderful this style of dance is. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness as movements can be adapted to suit individuals. Ballet is so good for your core muscles especially as you get older or those wishing to tone up in a creative way.
